IN 1502 THE COCOA BEAN WAS DISCOVERED

Back in 1502, during his fourth trip to America, Christopher Columbus discovered the cocoa bean, which he brought back to Europe.

 

Today, after 500 years of development of chocolate technics  and cross-cultural fusion of European and Native American cultures, you can taste this collection of carefully selected recipes from Latin America and the Caribbean.
